Summary
I got Rimmel Volume Flash mascara as a prize in local competition two weeks ago and it was my first introduction to the Rimmel TM. This mascara comes in a stylish maroon 'bullet-like' shape with a maroonish (and it has been a surprise indeed) brush. The brush is an ordinary one – no surprises here. I usually prefer brushes with bigger and longer bristles, but this will do OK. The mascara itself is rich and saturated black, spreads evenly without making the lashes look clumpy or false or else. However, I wouldn't say that it volumizes 10 times as it claims. And at the beginning of its use the mascara may be messy – upon emerging from the tube the brush at first contained more substance than it should and I struggled with the extra amount. However, it does not flake or smear (very quick to dry which is a bonus) and stays intact dawn till dusk. It hasn't got an pungent smell that some mascaras do. Thus, considering everything said before plus its price it is a very good mascara for everyday use (for extra occasion I would recommend something more special).

None really, but if I were to pick holes, I'd say that I personally am not a fan of the maroon colour packaging but to be honest that's not much of a problem!
Summary
I love this mascara, it's one of my beauty favorites! I love the definition, volume and length it gives my lashes. Also, the price is really inexpensive for such a good product. The curved brush is one of the best I've seen in a mascara.

Lasted all night, no clumps, easy to put on and great to stick in bag

I really liked using this mascara. As I have short eyelashes, I struggled to find good mascaras that managed to give my eyelashes good lengthening and thickening.
