Summary
Feels great on stiff and tired muscles. Probably no better than having a hot bath and there are certainly other products out there (the Elemis Instant Refreshing Gel 150ml is very nice but it costs three times as much) and in all honesty there is nothing different or special about this but it's a nice to have.
