You need to let it dry before doing a second coat or line, if you keep trying to line over what you've already done when it's wet then it just smudges it around.
Summary
Love this product, bought it in Boots as my current eyeliner has ran out and I fancied trying something new. It's super black and very very easy to use, highly recommend! TIP - Store upside down in a jar or something similar, if it's stored horizontally then the product doesn't come out very easily.
