Directions
Smooth onto dry skin areas on the body or face and massage in gently. Allow to soak in.

Summary
I enjoy using the original Skin Food as a night cream, hydrating mask, glowy primer or on noses made sore from a cold. This is a lighter version designed for use by oilier skins (I have very dry skin). I thought it would make a great day cream for me but it isn't quite moisturising enough for me. Really I need something inbetween this and the original as I had to use quite a lot of this is to get the moisturising effect I like from a day cream.
It is heavily scented from the use of essential oils like the original I like this but some people might be put off.
The packaging says that you can use it as a hand cream or like a balm. I should have tried this.
The 30ml didn't last long for me which made it not the best value for money. Also the flip tube lid doesn't unscrew so I feel like a lot of product was unreachable in the strong plastic tube.
