The idea of this is great, you massage into skin until the jojoba beads melt; thus exfoliating and cleansing the skin. It encourages you to really massage and clean deeply. I found that sometimes this worked well, sometimes you didn't get many beads and sometimes you could never get rid of them all.

It feels like a very luxurious product and would be good for a second cleanse but it wasn't brilliant at removing make-up and you would need to use a separate eye make up remover.
