Summary
I tried a cleanser lotion of this brand a long time ago, but this make-up remover is a definite improvement. It cleanses well (although in terms of regular make-up), does not dry or damage (irritate) the skin even the one under the eyes. The product has a nice floral scent and extra-gentle texture. It can, however, leave a bit of oily residue (since it is a bi-phase item), but such downside is not a game changer. I bought is as a part of a trio set, and admire it for its travel size and concise design.

I received this in a box a while ago but only just used it recently as I had ran out of my usual eye make up remover.
You have to shake the bottle before use so the 2 parts mix together.
It's very easy to apply to a cotton wool pad and removes eyeshadow and eyeliner with one swipe, however I had to do a bit of scrubbing to get rid of my mascara and it took several pads to finally rid the mascara.
I ended up using quite a bit of the product for mascara.
Waterproof mascara takes forever, I ended up washing my face to get rid of the mascara.
It's not as good as I imagined it to be, however it is very mild on the eye area which is good.
I would recommend it, just not with waterproof mascara.

I especially love this for removing waterproof makeup. it's not a 'one swipe', but anyways, it removes makeup completely and very fast without drying or irritating the skin. Highly recommended!

Summary
I've tried the small travel size of this (the one you get as a free gift with an order etc) and thought it was great, I went through it very quickly though which put me off buying the full size. I use a lot of eye makeup remover so i'm not too keen on paying almost £14 for something which wont last long. A nice "treat" though and I would recommend it if you don't wear a lot of eye makeup and wont run out quickly.
