Directions
Massage the product on any tense areas e.g neck, shoulder & legs before going to bed and let it do it's magic.

Summary
This is a lovely smelling product and it makes my skin glow with a nice calming warmth anywhere I apply it. I tend to only apply it to my arms as I can smell them and like the warmth there.
