This has kept my two youngest grandsons' nappy rash free from the start. Every now and then one gets a red bottom but constant applications of this heal it fast

This is a lovely rich cream which always reducse redness and gently cares for the nappy area.
They have added baby skin-friendly lanolin and zinc oxide and this keep baby's skin drier by providing a barrier against damp.
